Opening in the Winter 06/07, Restaurant Alan Peru brings to Chamonix a breath of fresh air.
 
A fusion of Asian and Modern flavours......our restaurant decore incorporates Savoyard, and Asian styles, with soft lighting and ambiance giving you a warm atmosphere.
 
This Asian/Fusion Restaurant caters for all customers, including Vegan and Vegetarians.  We change our menu from Winter to Summer to cater for seasonal needs and tastes.
 
Come and be tempted by dishes such as Malaysian laksa with Chilli ,Tofu and rice noodles. or maybe a Indian plate with  Coriander and Mint Chicken Tikka ,Aubergine Masala, Roti breads, and Tomatoe Chutney  Finish with mouth watering desserts ranging from  Winter Berry trifle or a Brioche Pudding with White Chocolate and rhubarb Compote.
 
All our dishes are made fresh on the premises and no MSG or artificial flavours are used.
 
Chef and Owner Joshua Brock has travelled and worked his way around the Globe.
 
Tasting a variety of cuisines and with a strong French influence and a passion for skiing  he decided to open his own Restaurant  in Chamonix...........bringing a World of flavours  and new ideas to the plate.
